JMB Building & Construction have been trading in the Bay of Plenty since 2008

​JMB Building & Construction are made of a team of highly skilled and experienced tradesmen. We proudly hold the following accreditations

Our core values run deep and we are what is often referred to as 'old school' staying true to the trade, valuing honesty, integrity, and punctuality.

We are committed to Health & Safety and employ  SafeWork NZ to ensure our health and safety is up to date, our team leaders also have first aid certificates to ensure we look after our team and those around us onsite.

 

We also have a close affiliation with our chosen Architect – Mode Architecture based in Whakatane

Qualifications:

BCITO since 2004 -Carpentry I NZ Certified Builders Member -Trade Qualified I Site Safe Building Construction Passport I Licenced Building Practitioner I First Aid I EWP

Jason entered the Carpentry industry in 1997 through a pre-trade training course, then taking on an apprenticeship in carpentry, completing this in 2004.

As a carpenter Jason was quick to move through the ranks becoming a leading hand onto Foreman then Site Manager before deciding to start his own business JMB Building & Construction Ltd in 2008, providing a service in the rural industry building farm sheds & outbuildings moving onto sub-contracting works for larger construction companies then moving into main contracting works in the Bay of Plenty region.

 

Jason’s excellent communication skills, high level of planning & construction experience ensures that projects are delivered on time & within budget.
